Yes. Every returned book goes through a thorough cleaning and inspection process before it reaches the next family. We wipe down covers, check for damage, and ensure each book is in great condition. You'll always receive books that are clean and ready to read.
We understand that kids and books have adventures together! Minor wear (small creases, light marks) is completely normal and expected. For significant damage or loss, the refundable deposit covers it. If no damage occurs during your subscription, you get the full deposit back.
Our library is a mix of new and gently pre-loved books. Every title is checked for quality: no torn pages, no heavy stains, no missing parts. If a book ever doesn't meet your expectations, just let us know and we'll replace it on the next exchange.
Absolutely. There are no lock-in periods. You can pause your plan for vacations, switch between plans as your child grows, or cancel anytime. Just send us a message on WhatsApp.
